Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide such notice will render the deposit non-refundable. A no-show with no communication on the scheduled date of appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total estimated service price. This policy is in place to ensure that we can manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts this cancellation policy.
